Oregon Resident!

Wyatt is officially a STATE OF OREGON resident today!!

As Wyatt and I attemped to go to the Oregon Zoo Wednesday concert of Damien Marley and The Wailers, we quickly found out the concert was sold out after having to fight for a parking spot! Wyatt even used the horn, which is an unspoken portlander no-no and just asking for a brawl! Although we were both disappointed, we drove around down town for a while until stopping at MacAdam’s Bar and Grill to play a quick round of shuffleboard and share some nacho’s.

Although it ended up being a low key night once we returned home, we had a great time walking over to Big Lots and scanning all the random items for sale. We did find an AMAZING two seated recliner that we almost fell asleep in! After being flung out of the store due to closing hours and playing the claw for stuffed animals, we walked to 7-11 for Wyatt’s ice cream cone and my sour patch kids. By the time we actually returned to our place, we were both tuckered out and ready for the next day!

Thank goodness for a day of rest, I think we both needed it!!
