We went toVivi's, to get our favorite Vietnamese soup, Pho. This adorable little place is right by our house, and we drive by daily. And although Wy always states to hate soup of any kind, he LOVED it when i forced him to try it at a small place in beaverton last month (and constantly asks when we are going back since he found his new found love for vietnam's natinal soup!)
Pho is a Vietnamese beef and noodle soup, which is warm and hearty! The soup includes noodles made from rice and is served with basil, lime, bean sprouts and peppers that you add to your liking. They even give you hot sauce and other ingredience to mix and make your own.
Cant wait for our next visit!
