With the beautiful fall colors swimming around us, we headed out to Savies Island in our rain boots and gloves to get our halloween pumpkins! The drive there is a sight to behold, as you truly take in the scenic routes of the county with the background of Portland skyline!

As we got to the pumpkin patch, the whole farm was swamped with families and crazed children running around in excitment. It was obvious that we were going to have to conquer the crowds, but it was worth it!
We walked over to the pumpin patch, instead of taking the tractor's hay ride, as the line was outrageous! We even checked out their cabbage patch on the way, as it was just too nice of day to not walk around. Willie liked to tramp in the mud as well!

Picking out pumpkins was a blast, as i think they actually appriciated us being there and choosing their damaged pumpkins. What can we say, we like our spooky pumpkins with some character!
We enjoyed people watchign and looking at the fresh produce through the day. We went for a long drive around the island and checked out two other pumpkin patches on the way, we were just enjoying out time! It was so worth it as well, as we found the worlds best caramel apple too.
After out adventure for the day, we met up with Wyatt's friends from KU and enjoyed a night out in Portland!
